Preheat your oven and pizza stone while you chop garlic, oregano, and thyme. Mix with olive oil and set aside. Chop mushrooms and sauté them in olive oil. Half the cherry tomatoes. Prepare the pizza base on the stone and spread the herb mix over the base.

Spread mushrooms and cherry tomatoes evenly and cover with Mozzarella. Drizzle with our Truffle Oil then bake until golden brown. Throw on some rocket then shave fresh truffle all over the top while still hot and serve immediately.
